Crockpot Cocktail Weenies

If you’ve ever attended a Holiday party in your entire life, you’ve probably tried these yummy cocktail weenies before. But, do you know how to make them? I remember being shocked when I found out how easy they are to make. Also, for someone who hates all kinds of jelly, these rank pretty high on my list of favorite appetizers.

These are great for parties or just to make for yourself (maybe I’m the only one who does that). Either way…. they are inexpensive, foolproof, and relatively quick. If you plan on making these just for yourself, I would suggest halving the recipe.

You Will Need:

  • 2 (16 ounce) packages of miniature smoked sausages (the beef ones work, too)
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar of grape jelly
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine grape jelly and barbecue sauce in a slow cooker. Stir in the miniature smoked sausage links. Cook on High, until heated through, 2 to 3 hours.
